Wow... so... it's been a while, huh?
I don't really have any excuses or explanations, just that my mind hasn't been anywhere even close to being able to be on top of doing any kind of creative work. Mostly my fault, some out of my control, but all of it combined and left me not having anything resembling the ability to write or whatever.
I've been talking a while about a fresh reboot of the whole FATBC canon, and I realized, as a fan of MMA, that's pretty much ideal, ain't it? It fits the rhythms of the original story, explains the international setting, plus plenty of room for shenanigans. Here's just a thought about my two heavyweights possibly set to lock horns at some main event.
I miss writing for these guys (all of 'em, really), and I think I've got the setting here that provides a perfect platform for it. Who knows, you might see a lot of familiar names in the coming months.
Oh yeah, and Fang's nickname is appropriate. Those teeth are gold, and they're fake. He's wearing a retainer with the falsies on it that he pops out for fights before putting his mouthguard in. I'm sure there's nothing he loves more than giving his opponents the opportunity to get fitted for their own grills.

It's always amazing to see you back, dude. Your writing has been a constant inspiration to me and I don't mind what setting they'd be in, I'll ALWAYS want to read about Shane and Alfie.
I know you might not believe it to the fullest but you got an amazing talent in how you bring these guys to life, and I mean, if it only took this post to get me smiling from ear to ear I'd say you're onto a pretty big something :)
