Cathedrals are such nice environments. Whether or not they're complex and grand or simplistic and humble, something about the high ceilings, large open spaces and monolithic construction make them so appealing. You did a very good job with the shading on the pillars and arches, figuring out where and how to shade structures to give them the depth they need to truly appear 3d is pretty hard, in my experience.

Love the subtle shift from warm to cool. And the vertical lines really draw me in. Though the end point feels a bit empty.
