We say "bugling elk" because the idea of such a beautiful, majestic creature wheezing or squeaking to impress the ladies is just beneath them. But listen to a recording of elk bugling and see what you think.

Anyway, this is a personification of Autumn, and may be part of a project for the four seasons that 'Bou will do. We'll see.
