Another time we an catch up with Dinogirl, AKA Petra Montenegro, this time in her anthro form in base lifting weights. As you can see, she tends to lift a lot. Yay saurian strength! As for the rest of her workout, it's pretty much everything. Mind you, the list is what her minimums are and doesn't include things like sparring, swimming, etc. Nor does it include the warm up.
Weight Lifting: 40 reps (typically this as standard)
treadmill/jogging: 4 miles minimum
Punching bag: until it breaks usually. She goes through a lot of them.
