Azar thought he could get through Halloween without any incidents. But that was before he ran across Myrtille the witch. Azar chose to spend Halloween visiting one of the smaller, more outlying towns. Even though he didn't have a costume, he took part in the festivities and even did a little trick or treating for fun. On his way through a more densly wooded path towards the next house, Myrtille sprung her trap and cast a certain curse that proved to be very effective against dragons (and plenty of others, if stories were to be believed!). After all: why go around gathering up candy for one's self when someone else can do all the work for you?
With his saddlebags of candy bursting off his growing waistline, his limbs getting soft and heavy, and his belly pressing against the ground, there was little Azar could do. It seems that the knightly dragon wasn't going anywhere for a while. Hopefully the trick or treaters that would be passing by would think he was only in costume!
