Part 1 of 3 of a story requested by

It had been a long and busy day in the restaurant, clients coming every moment, new orders to remember, the dusk was near and so was the closing time but there were still clients inside. With his best smile, a waiter started to gather the dishes from a table after seeing that a client had finished his meal.
