Bane is a very tough individual, not trusting just anybody like Koko. He often can come off as cold or a brute, but it's just his personality. He is also the wisest, alongside Micha, of the pack and the others often go to him for wisdom or knowledge.

When he joined the Mixed Pack, he immediately proved to both Micha and Sasha that he was a tough one. He started off trying to chastise Kiwi and Koko, telling them they had to toughen up and not be so sweet as he said it could get them killed. Koko didn't like his attitude, and Kiwi even cried.

Bane and Alex did get along for a short time, but Alex soon became too bossy even for him, so the two of them stopped talking to each other, not to mention Alex spit some acid on Bane after he said he was ending their friendship. Luckily, the acid was quite diluted, but this officially ended their friendship for good.

Due to his behavior towards her and Koko, Kiwi told Micha what he said, and she was still crying at the time. While Sasha had Koko and Kiki comfort Kiwi, she and Micha confronted Bane.

When they ordered him to be nicer, he didn't back down and argued how if they trully want to survive and be a dinosaur, they have to toughen up and not be so soft. Eventually, Micha and Sasha got through to him and he finally backed down, but they were impressed by his logical arguments, so they gave him permission to be the alpha of the pack if both Micha and Sasha are unable to lead them as he was full of wisdom.

Bane's view of humans is rather neutral. He doesn't hate them, but he doesn't exactly like them either. If he sees one, he doesn't bother them, and if they approach him, he doesn't really talk, other than a simple greeting. If he sees a human in danger or in need of care, his softer side will kick in and he will offer to help them, but usually, he ends up letting them go once they're safe or healthy again.
