History:

Growing up, Heather's childhood wasn't a very pleasant one for the most part. At the early age of five, Heather was living a normal life. Going to school, hanging out with friends, watching cartoons on the weekends or after school when she's finish with her homework, or spending time with her parents. Yep, it was the easy life for her. That is until that fateful night. It was when she was making her way home her from her friend's place that she was kidnapped and taken away by two shady looking people. When she woke up, Heather found herself in a dark but fairly visible room filled with what you would expect to find in a child's room. Mainly TV, video game, toys, stuff animals, and other things a child might like. Just as she was about to get up to leave, she found herself shackle to the floor as her legs were in shackles. As she tried her best to escape her imprisonment, she notice the man that kidnapped her appear from the doorway with a bit of a grin on her face. Mainly showing off his sharp jagged like teeth to her. For the past ten years of her life, she was forced to be this person's pet. Mainly to draw blood from her to help his cravings due to Heather having a high amount of nitrogen within her blood then most people would have in their system.

At the age of sixteen, her quirk began to manifest when she notice the shackles on her arms and legs getting colder and easy to break. This gave her an idea on how to escape her prison as the man came to replace the shackles due to her getting big. The moment he took the chain parts off the shackles, she quickly lifted her hands onto his face as he was instantly frozen in ice. Without giving much of a second thought, she quickly gather whatever strength she had in her body and bolted it out of the man's house. The only thing she saw when she looked back at the house one last time, was the man glaring at her with most of his body covered in ice before closing the door and let out a loud yell of anger. Once she was a good distance from the man's house and began to compose herself, it finally dawned upon her that she wasn't in her hometown. Nor was she in her country, which made it hard for her to ask for help seeing how she doesn't speak or understand Japanese writing.

For the past three months, Heather's been wondering the streets of Japan trying to find someone that can help while looking through trash trying to find something to eat. Just as she was on her last limb due to malnourishment, she came across a group of people walking into a weird black looking portal. In her delusional state, she began to follow them into the black portal hoping she could ask them for some food. Only to find herself appearing in the USJ. Mainly in the area where Jiro, Kaminari, and Yaoyorozu were in as she absent minded walked over to the man holding Kaminari as hostage as she accidentally froze the villain in ice, all safe for his head as she looks over at Jiro and Yaoyorozu with the same question she asked other. Before anyone could answer, Heather felt her body hit the ground as her vision faded into darkness.

The moment she woke up, Heather found herself in Recovery Girl's office with weird looking gloves on her hands. One of the nurses in the room took notice to this, as she quickly ran out of the room, only to return with Principal Nezu and All Might entering the room. To her surprise, she can understand the two as tears began to stream down her face. After a long talk and explanation as to how she ended up here in Japan, Principal Nezu offered her a deal. Until they can gather more information her, he would be willing to let her become a student at UA. She agreed as All Might handed her a uniform for her to wear.

Description: A double quirk that allows her to manipulate both Nitrogen and Vibrations.

Advantages:

Can generate liquid Nitrogen by using the Nitrogen particles in the atmosphere around her.

Likes to keep her body temperature as cold as she wants. Very useful during hot days in the summer time.

Can instantly freeze objects, foods, or people and can keep them preserved for a long time. So long as the temperature is at a negative.

Disadvantages:

Must keep her hands covered in a protective gloves that prevents her from accidentally freezing something or someone.

Lowering her core temperature to -346°F, but in doing so puts herself at risk of having her limps scatter into pieces. Because of this, she has to be careful not to put to much haste when vibrating her body to bring her temperature back up. Otherwise scar like cracks will appear on her body and will take time to heal up depending on how deep the wound is.

Using powerful shockwaves can cause her bones to fracture or break if used past her limit. Mainly she can only use her vibration manipulation ten times out of the day.

Gas morphing:
She can generate her own nitrogen from her body. But she prefer to use the nitrogen particles in the air, and morphs it into liquid nitrogen to use as a weapon or morph into weapons.

Nitrogen Armor:
She can create an armor of nitrogen to protect her form being hit. It's mostly use as a means of defense when being shot at by bullets, rocks, or other known projectiles that can hurt her minus elemental projectiles.

Shock Wave Punch:
By vibrating her hands at high speeds, she can deliver powerful punches with the force of a shock wave causing internal damage to the target's body. This attack can be use from both close and long range.

Phasing Cold:
By vibrating her hands at an accelerated speed, she can slip her hands through solid object, and activate her nitrogen quirk to freeze her opponent if they have or wear gear protecting them from the cold.

Absolute Zero:
By lowering her temperature to -346°F, she can freeze a person she touches instantly safe for their head.

Fragile World:
By using the nitrogen in the air, she can instantly coat the area she's in with ice. With a snap of her fingers, she can vibrate the area to cause the ground to break and make the terrain unstable with pieces of the earth sticking up like glass.

World Breaker:
By vibrating her hand to gather enough force into her hand, she can punch the air in front as the air shatters like glass to cause a powerful earthquake from the shock wave she created. If used on a person, it will cause tremendous internal damage. This move is a double edge, because it can cause Heather's bones to fracture or break.

First friend she actually made when she came to UA. Even though there was a language barrier between them. He did save her from Bakugo after she accidentally froze him in nitrogen due to a misunderstanding. And he also offer up his lunch to her when he noticed that she was hungry. Despite his perverted side, she doesn't really mind it. She mainly finds it funny when he's being chased by some of the girls in school that wants to kill him or try to.

Mina Ashido:
She's the odd friend that surprisingly understand Heather. Even though there was a language barrier, she could always understand her by her facial expression and can always come up with a response to them.

Pony Tsunotori:
From one foreign exchange student to another it is hard to try to understand another country's language. Both reading, writing, and speaking. It's a good thing Vlad King offer to have Pony to assist her in understand how to read, write, and speak in Japanese. it was a bit hard at first, but over time she began to speak more fluently...Though the reading and writing part is going to take more time due to her Dyslexia, but she's learning.

She really does care for the little pervert. Even though she's a box of emotions at times, she's always by Mineta's side whenever she get the chance to and would carry him either in her arms or have him ride her shoulder or back. Surprisingly his perverted actions seem to die down whenever she's around. Mainly because she pretty much allow him to be all touchy stuff with her to some degree.

A lot of people in U.A find them as the oddest of friends. Mainly because why would any girl hang out with a small pervert like him. Especially with his track record of getting in trouble with a lot of the girls in UA. They would even ask Heather as to why she hangout with Mineta. Her response would be. "He's the first friend I ever made in this school." or "I like him." The only people that she would talk freely and open to would be the girls in 1-A or 1-B.

1. She's secretly a streamer that enjoys livestreaming video games during her free time after classes.

3. Hangs out with Mineta and Mina. Mostly because Mineta & Mina knows about her livestreaming hobby and because they're pretty fun to play with because of their random talks can be funny.
4. After a fight if she uses Absolute Zero, she will need a week for her body to recover from being in deep freeze. Mainly because her body is trying to heat itself up.

6. She tends to not show that much emotions. That's mainly due to how her childhood was, and her quirk freezing off parts of her right brain.

Currently being held captive by the man who kidnapped her when she was six.

Was out on the streets trying to find a way home and trying to get help from people but couldn't due to the language barrier.

U.S.J Incident:
Saved Yaoyorozu, Jiro, and Kaminari unintentionally due to her Nitrogen quirk going out of control when she was almost attacked by a villain and fear took over.

U.A. Sports Festival:

Obstacle Race:
Eleventh place in the race. That's mostly due to having Mineta on her back and wasn't used to running with added weight on her body.

Cavalry Battle: Team Mineta:
Was it not for her body giving of smoke due to her body, Ibara wouldn't be able to reach for the headband on Mineta's head. Mostly because of the vine in her hair that was reaching for Mineta froze and shattered into dust upon entering the smoke.

Round-Robin Tournament:

Heather Winter vs Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu: Heather Winter-
This was due to her second quirk activating upon placing a hand on the iron coating his body. Once the iron on his body began to crack, she was able to use to the liquid nitrogen to freeze Tetsutetsu's body and win the match due to immobilizing him.

Heather Winter vs Mineta Minoru: Both forfeit the match-
Seeing how she couldn't bring herself to freeze him due to having a small crush on him, and he couldn't stick her with his balls due to how agile and flexible she has when dodging. The two gave each other a silent nod as Heather turn her back towards him, let him climb onto her back, and make their way off out the arena.

Throughout the remaining time of the sports festival, the two were pretty much watching the match while eating a ton of snacks that Heather stored in her tail. At the end of the U.A. Sports Festival as she along with Mineta was placed in fourth and fifth place.

Final Exam:

Heather Winter and Lilly Lilac vs Lunch Rush: Pass-
It was a odd way to pass the exam, but given the dangers of Heather's quirk due to her gloves getting destroyed during the sports festival with Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, and having the staff busy with the other students. It was agreed upon by Principal Nezu to have Lunch Rush to give the two a different kind of exam. Basically it was to prepare a tasty dessert by using their quirks and skill that they know to make said treat. Who to think that they would agree to make ice cream made from Heather's Liquid Nitrogen and Lilly's time clones to get everything ready for them to make it. When the time was up, Lunch Rush tasted the icy treat and gave the two a thumbs up on their master piece meaning that they passed.

Hero Killer:

Hero Agency Internships: Mt. Office
It wasn't so bad working as an intern for Mount Lady. Granted there wasn't much villain activity, she did enjoy learning a few things from Mount lady whenever there was a villain attacking while on patrol. It would've been okay if Mount Lady didn't constantly asked if she had a thing for the small purple hero and giving her some...suggestive advice to swoon him.

My Hero Academia: Two Heroes:

During this time, she and Lilly were currently stuck in U.A. Mainly due Principal Nezu and the police having obtain some information on what happen to Heather's Parent by finding her mother's sister who was currently living in Osaka, Japan. As he Aunt took a good glance at her two nieces, she couldn't help but go over to them and pull them into a hug. Once she regain her composure, she would begin to inform them about what happen to their parents. how it all started, what she's been doing for the past ten years, and how she ended up living in Japan. Needless to say, it was an emotional roller coaster for the three of them knowing that they were the only three people left alive in the family.

Forest Training Camp:

Class 1-A vs Pixie-Bob:
Poor girl was screaming and fighting throughout the ordeal. It was due to not knowing that the monsters were made by Pixie-Bob's quirk and because of the way the monsters look. It didn't help that she couldn't speak that well after the ordeal was over with.

Improving her Quirk:
While staying inside boiling water that's constantly boiling, she trying to lower the temperature of her body to the point to instantly freeze the water. Once the water is frozen, she would use the vibration of her body to heat the water back to boiling hot.

Vanguard Action Squad vs U.A Students:
Critically injured from Protecting Mineta from Dabi's blue flames when they accidentally walked into him along with twice. As a means of escaping, she was able to use the smoke from the liquid nitrogen she made and toss into the flames as a means to escape. Was it not for Iida being in the same area they were in, things might've gotten worse.

Aftermath:
Despite having burn marks on her left arm, right leg, and the side of her stomach area, she was able to leave the hospital after the doctor gave her the okay to leave. Granted because of this, she won't be able to take her provisional hero license exam until a later date when she has fully recover physically.
