Personality: Warm, motherly, and very outgoing. Someone who wants to be friends with everyone she meets. Incredibly patient with her wife, Lynette's, anxiety. Being undead, she doesn't fear death anymore, and will defend anything she believes in with her life. Can be a little hard headed at times.

History: Born an ordinary Audino, it was very early on in life that Althea began her gender transition. Growing up in a coven, her parents and clan's magic combined helped smoothly transition her into a body she was far more comfortable in. Raised to learn the ways of Shadowmancy, an ancient magic using Giratina's power to control shadows and null space, she displayed a knack for the art from a young age- And would have gone on to become leader of her clan if not for her meeting and falling in love with what would one day be her wife, a Lycanroc named Lynette. Teaching her all about her coven's culture, she turned down the role of High Priestess of her coven to focus on her love life, and more importantly, raising a family.

It was not long after their marriage that Leonard was born, with Lynette carrying him as the birth mother. Things went smoothly, with the three of them continuing their lives in the coven, until the Helge Clan deemed their activities, harmless as they were, to be the cause of Darkrai attacking Canalave City. In their hunt to punish the group, Althea was killed while helping Lynette and Leonard escape. Devastated, Lynette used every bit of shadowmancy she could to bring her love back to life, quickly succeeding by abandoning her own shadow to give Althea a body once more. Returned to life, she became little more than a sentient shadow- Free to further sculpt her body to her liking, and live once more. This did not bode well for the Helge clan, who quickly demanded the trio be punished for a crime against Arceus itself. They went into hiding, and succeeded for quite some time until a young Leonard decided to bravely face the Helge Clan and demand they tell the townsfolk the truth... Only to get the three of them captured and shipped off to New Moon Island, to have their dreams devoured by Darkrai. Using the last of their energy, Lynette and Althea sent Leonard away to continue living while they were trapped in an unwaking nightmare under Darkrai's spell, until he'd grow strong enough to rescue them one day.

To this day, she still slumbers on that island, waiting for her son's heroic return...
