Sylveon is also pretty good for the team...and seeing how they evolve with "lots of Love" it could give Shayla more reason to shower the little eevee in love(ings).

I almost feel like Umbreon would be fitting, since it's a nighttime evolution, and he's always asleep or tired. x3 Buuuuuut, if you're going with a stone specifically, my vote would be Flareon initially... except for you already having 2 fire types. Jolteon would probably be good coverage, along with the almost ironic nature of it being a slow, sleepy Jolteon. x3

*edit* Given that it's a rom hack, I don't know if they added a stone specifically for Espeon/Umbreon/Sylveon, but if they did, my top vote is for Umbreon~

Umbreon is a very nice pick for what you said! They actually added stones for all the eevolution (minus sylveon tho!) so votes for Umbreon and Jolteon then! ^^

Sylveon is the obvious choice for being spoiled with affection to evolve, but if its not available the next two in line for that type of evolution are Espeon and Umbreon respectively imo.

But my hands down fave is Jolteon and I don't actually see much art of male Jolt!

You could always do Vaporeon for the meme, but for Team comp, I'd recommend either Espeon or Jolteon, leaning Espeon.
