I've been getting tired of how my pinch-cut rings look, so I bought a dremel and started sawing my rings instead of snipping them. It's a bit more work, more of a hassle, but I love how they look compared to my old rings.

I hear those are decent, but take some work.

I like using the dremel so far. Only problem is how fast it eats through cutting disks while sawing through steel.

You definitely get a better ring this way. You just gotta be willing to spend the time on money for it.

can also get a pipe to fit your rings, cut a slit down in it for your dremel bit to slip along, and cut them on that.

I got a screw-clamp for holding the coils still. It works nicely.
