News broke that the fandom, FA and the world of cartooning, lost 
arakaraath this morning to yet unknown causes.
This has personally hit hard, I really enjoyed Ara's art, characters, style through the years. I even playfully zapped him with Red Shetland, he said he was going to art zap back, ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/19103353/ ) sadly never did. But to suddenly have him pass away is sheer tragedy. Very rarely do I do tributes to one of the fandom, but Ara deserves it.

Darn it, really sad to hear of his passing. Had watched him years ago and only just learned that that infamous "FA Unwatch Glitch" struck my account again and unwatched his account at some time in the past year. Only discovered it had thanks to this tribute strip.
And he was only a month younger then me, I was born in July 1976, Ara born in August.

This is such a wonderfull piece of art, so truly fitting as a tribute for this amazing dragon who brought us all so much joy and happiness...
He was for sure an inspiration for us all. Always friendly always happy, helping people finding out who they are.
Ara was for sure one of the reasons how I got deeper into the fandom, meeting all the people I know now...thank you Ara...thank you so very much...

I never got the chance to meet this wonderful person face to face. I've known him since the early 2000's on Furrymuck, at Wynne's Coffee House. Introduced him to other close friends of mine there. I am devastated by this news, and I still am. He was a kind and gentle soul, and the world is poorer with his absence.
