Hi fellow furs.
This is my super delayed first of the 3 last JUVENILE JANUARY song I'll upload.
Honestly I couldn't find the motivation to do this until now.
Buuuut I went to great lengths to make this worth your while and covered it twice...
- once in german and true to the original theme
- and once in english with a vocoder that I set up by hand (it's the first time I used a vocoder beyong just noodling with it.)
I think I chose the german version (besides it has the full nostalgic value for me) because I think the arrangement is superior to the english one. But I'd be curious of what you think!
Also since it's my "vocoder premiere" I'd especially welcome any critique here.
I hope you'll enjoy it - both of them - and thanks for listening.

Effect-Plugins used: ACE Compressor (mono & stereo), Dragonfly Room Reverb, Calf Equaliser 5 Band, Hard Limiter, Rubber Band Pitch Shifter (mono & stereo), Calf MultiSpread, amsynth (Analog Modelling SYNTHesizer, slanted triangle + white noise + Disortion) -> Calf Vocoder, ACE Delay

Well. I hoped you'd regonize my hobbyist passion in the covers.
And my fond childhood memories also conglomerate in them. Life was easier back then.
I think my singing, mixing and producing abilities are also benefiting greatly.

I'm sure there are some things I could research and experiment with regarding vocoders. I have a decent grasp on them, while not understanding everything about them.
But I'm anjoying all the (new) things I'm learning in doing these covers.
