Mateo let the others back at home know he was going to be going alone out into the woods for some camping and overall alone time. Since all the crazy crap that's been happening and how stressed he has become. He REALLY needed some free time from society and this was the way to do it. The others wished him well and to be safe, and Elly begged for her to go with him to keep him safe, but Mateo heavily urged her to stay home and that he will be fine. He left in the morning as he decided to walk, granted it was easier since he could just stretch his legs longer and make himself taller so he could take longer strides. He soon arrived to the spot he felt...at peace, to him it felt safe, calmly, & at rest. He took a long breath and just melted down onto the ground. Laying on his back in the grass and just stretching out. His mind flashed to something he saw on Tv; Well two things he saw on TV and decided that since he was the only one out here. He can be himself, and boy did he loved that feeling. He stretched around in the grass like an actual snake as he hissed and just giggled before he remembered he had to set up his tent.

"Craaapppp how do I do that again?" He asked himself as he pulled out the tent and the gear. He set it all up and it was standing as he cheered, and then it collapse. "Dang it!" He yelled as he then tried it again, and again, and again. The more he tried, the Angier he got, so he thought to set the fire and logs up. Off he went into the woods and soon came back slithered to the camp as his legs and torso were wrapped around some longs and rocks. Soon he set it all up in about 16 minutes. Once that was all set up, he got back to the tent. Then like a snake whispered into his ear, he soon stretched his torso out more and more around the camp site. Then he raised apart of his torso up and then raised another part of it up. He were getting the picture in his mind now. Soon he stretched his right let out and tied it around his torso before lowering his leg and foot down to grab the tent sheet. He pulled it up and then snapped his finger as he realized how to do it.

"That'ssss it!! Teheheh, I now know how to set this up!" He said as he smiled and soon after 25 minutes, the tent was up, and it was just getting to the evening. But the tent was up and ready to sleep in. He yawned and stretched as he stretched his torso back to the fire and soon placed the logs up. Once that was done, he striked some matches and soon the fire began. He stretched over to the log as his torso was really long around the camp ground, his camp ground. Like a snake wrapping around it's home or tree. He smiled as he pulled out some meat and smores and started to cook him something to eat. After a good nice meal, he just rested his head on the log and looked up to the sky. "Thissss feels amazing. This is just what the therapist ordered." He said in a joking manor, but felt all his stress, depression, and anxiety lift off his shoulders, Granted he wish he would have a boyfriend or mate like his friend Elly and Tyler had. He was always kinda jealous of them both, but never let it stop him from being there best friends.

Unknown to him, a group of purple eyes were watching him from the tall trees.
