A very tasty Asian recipe from obsidianfox6336 !

Stir fried chicken I made. It's actually something I can guess what the recipe is with all of the following (Will submit to FACCC):
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 shallot, finely diced
1 Tbsp ginger, finely minced
5 Thai chilies, sliced
1 Tbsp Red Thai Curry Powder
1/2 Tbsp tumeric powder
3 Tbsp sesame oil
2 1/2 Cups cubed chicken (or more if desired)
2 Tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1 bushel of Thai basil
Process:
Heat a wok on med high/High heat (electric/gas). Once up to temp, add 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, followed by the chicken. Stir chicken and add remaining oil, if any chicken sticks do not be alarmed. Add in the garlic, ginger, shallots, and Thai chilies. Stir to incorporate them. Next, add half of your soy sauce and fish sauce to deglaze the pan, add dark soy sauce once all stuck peices of chicken release. Once incorporated, add the remainder of the sauces, and add the honey. Continue to cook the chicken, and then add the Curry and Tumeric powder, and stir until incorporated. Cook chicken through, and remove from the heat. Take Thai basil leaves and rip them apart and sprinkle them over the chicken. Reintroduce the pan to the burner and continue to cook until the Thai basil wilts. Remove from heat, and plate over steamed rice or fried noodles. Or enjoy plain! Garnish with a sprig of Thai basil (or be lazy like me and put it in a bowl.)
Result: Very balanced palette sensations. Salt from soy sauces, and fish sauce, fermented sweetness and acid from dark soy sauce, sweetness from honey, even balanced heat from Thai chilies, good spice from Curry and Tumeric, and diced garlic/ginger/shallot, and a fresh herb taste from the Thai basil. The liquids combine with the spices and herbs to create a great sauce.
NOTE: Have all your prep done and ready. Once cooking, you won't be able to turn away from a hot wok.
