His name is Marcus Phobs, the Crystal Dingo.
In 2007 (zirka), I made my sketches, and create my own characters in the sketchbook. I have just a few fan characters because I thought my characters are so lame... Later I create stories too and shared them on my blog, haha (2012). I really love Boris Vallejo metal-skins and animals, so I just mixed. But I shamed my own characters, so a few years later I changed a little bit. Now not metal, It's crystal (haha, actually it's diamond, but It does not sound good, I think).

Actually, Marcus, he's a TMNT villain. He's a colleague for Baxter Stockman who pushed him to make something useful against the turtles. Phobs started, and he has many plans, not just for the turtles.
He has another project called: Crystal Dingo. He wants to mix his own favorite animal with the hardest material and make experiences with Mutagen.
Later he creates one Turtle like the old ones: Mutagen with a turtle, another like human to turtle-mutant, and the last one is Leo and Karai DNA mixing. It's somehow like Karai and Leo's daughter.
But Baxter saw these projects and he doesn't want this, he's yelling with Marcus. He doesn't want more turtles, he wants to kill the originals, not make more...
He broke Marcus's bottles with mutagen, and burn papers, and want to go, but Marcus stopped him, and one Mutagen container is crash and spilled on Marcus and accidentally fallen to his own Crystal-Dingo project. Phobs totally changed about the Mutagen. Baxter closes the door and calls the security guards, but Crystal Dingo and their own creatures escape.
This IS my fan-TMNT comic, first few chapters.
