Finally, the feline informant - a fellow panther, finally makes contact. Emerging from the shadows of the adjacent building, she first sees their eyes. has arrived with the information as promised. Despite the precarious drop between them, Devaki secures herself to the bars in front of her and reaches out for the vital intel that will benefit her Sisterhood on their mission to break all shackles...
