Acme Loo and Pefecto Prep students are the most bitter of rivals as rivals can get. Its no more apparent than the rivalry between Babs Bunny and Rhubella Rat. One time Babs played a trick on Rhubella, in which she put Alum in her lunch, which made her lips pucker so much, she couldn't eat anything solid for a few days. Rhubella had been plotting to get back at Babs, but she wasn't sure how.

One day, a candy salesman came to Acme Acres, selling candy made by the ACME corporation. He stopped by Acme Loo first. Buster, Dizzy, Plucky, and Hamton bought a bunch, including chocolates, sour balls, cinnamon balls, and jawbreakers (Babs and the girls turned it down for they were watching their figures). Next stop was Perfecto Prep. Rhubella suddenly had a hankering for some gum, but none of her classmates would share. She bought a bag of bubblegum for herself and looked at the label:

"ACME BUBBLEGUM" "Makes the biggest and most durable bubbles."
Warning: This product is untested and unpredictable. Do not attempt to blow bubbles bigger than your own body in the vicinity of others. ACME is not responsible for the entrapment of others.

Rhubella took a piece and pulled the ends of the wrapper to reveal a sugary sweet pink piece of gum. She popped it into her mouth and chewed vigorously. She savored the flavor of the gum, blissfully going "Mmmmm..." as she chewed. She was headed back to her dorm, when she suddenly saw Babs walking in the park reading a book. Rhubella got a naughty idea. She snuck up behind Babs and started to blow a bubble. It quickly grew to the size of her head in one puff. Babs suddenly felt something soft and squishy growing in size behind her. By the time she looked back, the bubble had engulfed her head. Rhubella giggled as she continued blowing up the bubble. Soon, it engulfed Babs' arms and upper torso, then her waist, then her legs. And finally, her feet were pulled in to the hollow pink mass. Babs tried to free herself by stretching the pink membrane apart with her arms and legs, but the gum held fast. She tried using her teeth to poke a hole in it, but it was no use.

Rhubella, walked with Babs back to her dorm and laid back in a chair with a smug look in her eyes as Babs glared at her with her arms folded. Teasingly, in her snobbish way, Rhubella remarked through her lips "Aww...Does Babsy-wabsy want outie-woutie?". Babs on the other hand said nothing. She just continued to glare at Rhubella through her stretchy pink prison. "Very funny, Rhubella..." She thought to herself. How will Babs get out of this one and how do you think she'll get even with her nemesis?
