This was made for my then-7-year-old in October 2019. He had a blast collecting candy as Charizard!
The head is fleece over a one-of-a-kind (made by me, haven't ever cast another) resin head base attached to a baseball cap. Vision and ventilation are through the mouth to make it easier for a kid to see and breathe.
