Cool idea for the tail rings.
Also I can see how Scourge is dangerous. Not only is he super strong for his size, but I like to imagine that one of his powers is super speed. He can his hard and fast and his size makes it had to get him.

scoourge can run round an opponent and slash the underbelly before he knows what has happened

I could see that is how Firestar defeats him in this version. Aside from the elements of how it played out in the book, Firestar is like "Ok can't take him on directly. Got to fight defensively." Then when Scourge is unbalanced by Firestar coming back to life and Firestar using his "fake out" move, Scourge tries to move in using his speed, only for Firestar to anticipate move to counter. Before Scourge can dodge, Firestar manges to use his to catch him, "Got you now." and finally take out Scourge using his greater strength and size.

Of course this is if how it is like in the original book. Afterall different things could happen in this dragon world. Scourge can escape and Bloodclan retreats to fight another day. Or Firestar gets captured by Scourge and Bone, who both decide to have fun with their new powerful slave hehehe

hehehe, i can imagine a lot of visitors seeing bone and saying "hello sir" to him.
he looks awkward and nervous and pointing at the small dragon by his side "umm, this is the supreme leader, lord scourge"

firestar first thought bone was bloodclan leader until scourge stood forward and said he was leader.
