I sucked a bit at drawing feathers yesterday, so I found this free line art of a feather, and I put another one together next to it (This was done for the second feather as a layer in IbisPaint X).

But yeah, this is the reference to Rocky’s feathers for his Aztec attire! I guess it could be hanging from his ear if you decide to draw him like that.

It doesn’t really have to be like in the picture, other than it being Blue and green, though.
