I am currently working on my personal convention badge and this is what I have so far - the two most prevalent styles I saw were the "Nametag" style and what I call the "Lanyard" style where it features a headshot and the contour is a feature of the badge. I didn't do shading or very fine details on the lanyard style because I think it wouldn't show up very well when I print it.

I like them both - but if you wish to share any suggestions/thoughts/feedback/preference/etc., I would love to hear it! That does includes constructive criticism and suggestions of alternate style of badges - I'm always willing to learn new things (and making mistakes is my way of doing that)! In other words, I won't take any feedback personally - I truly want to improve myself (and to have a cool badge B-) ).

I've never been to a furry con and I plan to go to my first one this October (MCFC). Just want to make sure I'm prepared! I have to insist on keeping the "Deaf/HOH" text on the badge because I do have a hard time in noisy environments and I don't want people to think I'm being rude if I'm not hearing them or asking them to repeat themselves or to speak up.
