Just like people sometimes naturally get psionic powers on planet Roia, the wildlife does too, albeit much more rarely.
These mutant beasts are very dangerous, their sheer size gives them a much larger pool of energy, even if they lack the creativity and finesse of olgeds [anthros].
Most of them can't even tell they're the ones using the power and panic, making it go out of control. :[

They'd be Roia's equivalent of Kaiju I imagine especially if you had something like a very large herbivore with a vast reserve of energy, panicking and out of control. Though I imagine with some of the more intelligent animals might be able to use the power with a fair degree of control and creativity.
The little raptor could be quite frightening, teleporting in and out of shadows or maybe just a nuisance if using it to steal food or shiny trinkets from people. Definitely adorable, though the therizinosaurus and carnotaurus are oddly adorable as well.
