Exactly what it says on the tin ; just Yooka sitting down between adventures. Something behind him seems to have caught his attention but it's unclear what it might be (especially given the lack of a background). Laylee is peeking from the side. The chameleon would likely appreciate as for the bat, it varies.
She totally would appreciate it... but Laylee does have her dignity and revealing that just like any bat she has a tendency to completely melt into a mass of blissful squeaking when petted would likely be a blow to her dignity.
