1. be the better man and get her and himself out of this freezing desert and back to the WARM fire. and then to quote Genie from Aladdin "tell her the TRUTH!!!" about himself to show why he can be trusted.

2. let his own emotions get the better of him and yell back, then have the woman trying to protect them both point out how emotionally unstable they're being and verbally rail them. she's the one protecting them BOTH out here and is she going to put up with them both yelling all night long?

I mean, realistically speaking, all they know of each other was that she was a prisoner and he’s a member of her captor’s tribe; sympathetic or not.
