Arrangement: National Emblem March (Bagley)
An all-percussion arrangement I made of E.E. Bagley's "National Emblem March," one of my favorite marches written by somebody other than John Philip Sousa (although Sousa's are arguably the best of anybody's). I used some steel drums for the first time, mainly in order to get a full depth of the song I couldn't get otherwise.
The instrument lineup is as follows:
4 glockenspiels
3 sets of crotales
3 xylophones
Tubular bells (chimes)
4 vibraphones
7 marimbas (2 grand staff, 3 treble clef, 2 bass clef)
Timpani
Battery percussion
Tenor steel drums
Bass steel drums
This arrangement (C) me and me alone
Original music is public domain
