My First Lich.

A very long time ago, I asked a friend of mine if I May play as a lich in one of his Dark World Vampire campagnas.

He said yes.

And Then I proceeded to make a necromancer Vampire character. not knowing how long it would take for me to become a lich.

it didnt take long honestly. within the first game session, we met with our first quest giver, all the while im trying to maintain a sort of Incognito thing. staying within the Ruse that Vampires must stay hidden and not show themselves to Mortals. That all changed when I found an Amulet inside a tomb belonging to my characters Patron God of Death.

he then put on the amulet, and left the tomb under the cathedril and, Found ourselves surrounded by Solders, Knights and templar. it was an Unwinnable fight. hudnreds of solders bore down on us and Mine was the first death of the game.

As my characer died, the stone in the amulet glowed bright green and purple and transformed into a Shard of Necrotic crystal that then Plunged itself into my characters chest. and within secounds. He had become the Lich Amarok.

a wave of death swept over the army of solders and knights, killing all of them, includeing the high level templars that were there. those that remained, were quickly soaked up into my Lichs new Souls and Bones pool. the tools to whitch I would later use to Craft bone golems, Skeletons, armor for my allies, in one partcularly proud moment, Impaled a Griffon blocking our way with a single towering Bone Spike throught its ribcage.

He would then go on to follow his patrons path, following their guidance until the Book of the Dead! The Necronomicon was found and finaly In his Hands, Would achieve Lich Lord status!

with the power in hand, Amarok would KILL our greatest Nemsis, an extreamly High level warlord and then Useing the books knowledge. Turn that warlord into his Own personal Death Knight Bodygaurd!

At the Zenith of his power, Amarok would follow his allies into a Pit, a Draconic Graveyard and Raise Himself a Powerful Anceant Draco Lich! And Ascend His Patron gods Mountain where he would Don the mantle of Supreme Arch Lich In service to his God of death and reign ultimate death apon the world!

Holy fuck that was an intense fucking game and happend so long ago it still rings vibrations throught me everytime i think about it.

God I loved this character! and still do to this day. Perhaps Ill revive him.
