If this pose looks familiar to you, I used in the picture where Fred flew above a storm. Didn't change anything apart from the size.
Another one from a poll I posted a while ago. Fred is taking a nice flight along the Oregon/Washington pacific coast line, where his home is :)
The background is loosely based off of the area around Astoria, Oregon area, where the Columbia River flows into the pacific ocean. I drew in the long bridge connecting Oregon and Washington way back, and if you look between Fred's head and right wing, you can see a little harbor city, which is - you guessed it - inspired by the Astoria area.
This background took me TWO DAYS to make. TWO FUCKING DAYS. :faint: I hope the effort was worth it to making you like this!

I lived most of my life in western Washington so I made several trips to Oregon too. In one of the more recent trips, we stayed overnight at a cool old hotel in Astoria and explored the area. Fort Clatsop, the beach, and the tower above town are some highlights if you visit.
