I have terrible positive self talk and mental health practices
It seems now that i appear to just have a detached voice in my head telling me awful things about myself and the people in my life
And now that im actually thinking critically about it, its all absolutely absurd and sometimes complete nonsense

And 'fuck you' is it being unrealistically nice, There are things that come into mind that no one should ever say to another person
