Tights'nTutus, Endorsed by Ginger the Eevee

Just an idea that popped into my head recently after seeing play-throughs of Pokémon Violet, which featured a wide variety of "clothing stores" to customize your avatar with, including many that specialized in tights. And yes, stores like that DO exist in real life, mostly in large shopping malls. I've been to a few myself.
In addition I've been wanting to give my Eevee OC a "part-time job" in canon for a while now but couldn't think of anything she'd be really good at and love doing...until now. Behold! My fictional tights and hosiery store with Ginger the Eevee acting as its spokes'mon!~ (And also customer assistant; she may be derpy in some areas but she knows tights in all their styles, forms and materials.)
You may have noticed the attention to detail I put on the "display pieces" on the back wall (yes I know how tights are typically packaged in stores, like I said, I've been in a few like this.) I tried to make sure I put on display every single colour/style that any of my OCs have ever worn (even though Ginger is standing in the way of some of them. Let me know if you'd like an alt. of just the store with Ginger and her text balloon.) The implication being more than half my characters have either already shopped at this store or have bought from the same supplier.
It was also my first time experimenting with an "overhead banner/store logo." I tried to do it in a slightly different style to my typical Pokémon art to emphasize that it is a 2D board affixed to the wall above the door and not actually a Kirlia and a Pikachu just hanging out up there.
And yes, as you may have noticed from the Pikachu's tail, this is a unisex tights and hosiery store. Because tights are cool, comfy, easy to wear, and they should be for everyone to enjoy. :3
(Also if you're wondering where the tutus, leotards and maid outfits are, they're on mannequins just off-screen inside the store. This took really long to draw as is and I felt adding more stuff would have made the image too crowded.)

Honestly, Scarlet and Violet's customization would be fine, if there were more then 4 outfits to pick from. The problem with only having 4, is most of the colour options look like trash if they don't match. So you're stuck with only a select set of colours unless you wanna look like a walking mess of clashing colours.
I completely agree. I'm no fashion expert by a long-shot but the whole "school uniform" thing is dumb. I'm pretty sure the only reason the game enforces that is because the graphic artists ran out of time to make any alternate outfits for the player. Gamefreak would be wise to add "civilian clothes" as part of a DLC bundle.
And if they want to stay consistent with the in-game reasons given for why the uniforms are mandatory, three solutions:
1. As you mentioned in your play-through, the uniforms are only mandatory on campus grounds. Everywhere else should be fair game.
2. A "Graduation" event, like in Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, which lets you unlock civilian clothes and many other customization perks.
3. Just have a badge/patch/crest that can be pinned anywhere on the front of the outfit as proof of being a student.

Saddest part about it, was the third version was almost always the best version to be released. Contrary to popular Belief, Yellow is actually the 4th version (Red/Green, Blue, Yellow). But in general, the third version adds the extra polish the other versions are missing.
In this aspect, the current structure of Pokemon is actually far worse. The only exception was Black/White which were so good, they didn't need a third version to fix the problems.

I know, and in fact Yellow was the first Pokémon game I ever played. The issue was that the "third versions" ended up making the first two version kinda pointless. Same goes for the Mystery Dungeon: Explorers games. Explorers of Sky is so far superior to Time and Darkness that any new player picking the franchise up now will almost always go for Sky.
Black and white had "sequels," but they actually felt like sequels and not just "the same game but with a bit more stuff added." The starting town was different, the player character was different, some of the gyms were different, even the "evil team" was different since they had split into two separate groups; the ones who actually believed in the cause and were much more sympathetic and agreeable and the ones who were only in it for power and thus because a typical "Team Rocket"-like syndicate. It's made clear in-story that some time has passed since the events of the previous versions as well.
Pokémon: Colosseum and XD: Gale of Darkness did this pretty well IMO too, with the latter likewise having new characters, locations and plot that picks up where Colosseum left off.

You CAN get tights in all sizes and shapes you know. I've seen ones that "accentuate curves."
Quality of the material matters too. Sure, you CAN get tights at the dollar store, but if you want them to last you need to invest in higher-end premium make. I also find the all-cotton fabric-y ones tend to last longer and have a lot more stretch than nylon ones.
And thank you. :3
