Oh my, that's good to know. Dunno if it'll be able to come up in my story series, but maybe it will. (Of course, I have the excuse that Vayryn was created by a fan of the comic, so anything I get "wrong" is still "valid". Just means Za Bastard couldn't or didn't include that trait. ^_^;; )

I recently started writing a story series about a person on modern-day Earth that gets transformed into a yinglet, with the comic existing in-universe, so I was saying I don't know if this new bit of lore would come up in that series. But since the mad scientist that caused the TF doesn't have perfect information, I have in-universe excuses for any differences between Vayryn and "official" yinglet lore.
That's all I meant, I wasn't complaining or anything. Sorry if I came across that I was. ^_^;;

Oh, something like that happened? I forgot, but surely it happened not long ago, if I just go back through the past few comics I'll find the event in question in no time... right?... ..... right?....

Hi Oopsers! I'm back again to remind you that there's a place called "Top Web Comics" https://www.topwebcomics.com/?home=3 that compiles comics from various places. There's a bunch of cool stuff there. They have monthly votes, so you can support OOPs there. You can vote once a day per device, so your PC, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.
I've noticed that you can sometimes even get in extra votes from different IP addresses, or if you're disconnected from your IP and open up again later.
OOPs closed out last month at I think 45th place and around 870 votes. It's currently at 313votes and 53rd place. The top vote getters seem to end up with something close to 20,000 votes.
Vote early, vote often! Help OOPs get noticed!

Okay, when it gets down to the "local noble" bit, I start to lose what sympathy I might have had for the guy. I don't think the Trademaster would much like the implication that some people are worth more than others, and it's not as though Kass or Elim *chose* for Elim to get run through.
Especially considering that Elim is pretty important to the Trademaster's plans in his own (rather indirect) way. Being Kass' best friend and erstwhile bodyguard, his well-being or lack thereof could have significant repercussions on Kass' own. Though it does seem to have had rather a more positive effect on Kass than was probably expected by Viracroix. Or Kass himself.
