“Why a… big suit?”
Mike is many things. First and foremost, when it comes to the world of business, he’s a professional. He had an internship for a few months while his trainer partook in a work-study partnership, but he was just a secretary’s assistant, acting as an extra set of hands to keep people in touch and run papers all over the building. Given the chance to be a true businessman, Mike could fight past his timid nature and build a career out of his charisma! That might be just a pipe dream, though… or a dream-dream, when he’s singin’ the snooze-cruise-infused blues.
Mike fell asleep one evening after an extensively teasing conversation about whether or not he smells. He insisted that he doesn’t, saying he’s certain he has some of the most thorough hygiene habits of anyone he knows. After all, having such a thick coat of fur means some serious lathering and scrubbing is needed to get clean! Mike went from that chat straight to bed, his mind feeding him images of cleanliness. In a dream, he was pitching a brand of body wash specifically for pokémon to a board of directors. Given his trainer’s teasing and what he’s subjected to daily, it’s no wonder Mike’s brain thought of this: A moisturizing wash for any exposed padding on a ‘mon, cleaning hands and feet, and keeping them spotless and moisturized!
Now, specifics aren’t always sensible in dreams, so let’s forgive his critically incorrect opening line. Some pitch it’d be if the first words he gave were mangled like that, so I’m sure the executives behind our point of view won’t even notice. All I know for sure is that when Mike wakes up, he’s going to blame this dream on every single person in the chat who had something to say about whether or not he was stinky.
Who’s willing to bet they use this as proof he should shower more?
