For sure-sure. Dont want to get smote by warp lighting out of nowhere. But its showing, to me at least, that theres always a scheme afoot. Regardless of where you are in a Skaven city. And that the main clans are all around ordering this and working on that. Nice and interconnected society of shady deals and sharp knives.
