Wow that's some incredible detail! Just imagining the work that went into this perspective feels daunting! Do you have any particular strategy when doing a drawing like that?

Practice a lot and be interested in the subject matter is my main advice. I usually eyeball my perspective, but I also understand how to construct it out, and i will do that if something feels off.

As far as approaching drawing towns in general, the most fun approach imo is like, think about how a torn WORKS. What would be in it? Not from a fantasy perspective, but like. Where do people buy food? Where would they buy a shovel? Where would they go to hang out, and where would these places be located? What would it be like to stand on X street. If you were standing on X street, would the layout of the buildings there look like something that would actually exist?

I know that's a little abstract, but that's my approach to these kinds of drawings! Be interested in, and think about the town as a little system.
