Hi there everyone, I'm back with another reaction to a trailer. So for this one, it's going to be another Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken movie. I remember when I saw the first trailer, I wasn't sure what I thought of it, and I was assuming that it was going to be an animated chick flick. But let's see it this second trailer can show some more things than what we might expect from the movie, but let's begin the reaction to this trailer right now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1-WVnVX7Zk
0:00-0:21 Oh my, so we see our main character jumping into the water. But she is getting swept away as if she were drowning, which is weird. Doesn't Krakens normally breathe underwater?
0:21-0:33 Okay never mind, she was just getting started into becoming a Kraken. Seriously this is mainly like Marvel or even DC than an animated DreamWorks movie. But I'm impressed with how she turns from blue to purple while her gills glow.
0:33-0:45 Wow I believe we're getting references from the Princess Diaries in this movie, it's where Ruby discovers that she's a princess.
0:45-0:54 Well I didn't think the Kraken in the movie would cheer her on when she says "I think I'm having, a panic attack", I've always thought they might feel worried for her.
0:54-1:10 Remember that "Uh, meow?" meme rather it be with the older Sonic design we almost got or the one we've got today? Well, let's see if that moment ends up getting a meme next.
1:10-1:18 "Where's the fun in that?" Come on, there are people out there who might think that they're freaks themselves even though they wanted a normal life. Besides we've all seen movies where our heroes are a misfit and that they want to live a normal life, but will soon later that there's something special in them.
1:18-1:38 Well first of all this one is becoming like Aquaman and second I still think they should have used sea witches or sirens to be the villains of the film for Ruby to fight against instead of mermaids.
1:38-1:52 I can hear the Rocky Balboa music in the background of this montage of the film.
1:52-2:18 I'm impressed with the fighting in this film coming up, maybe it's for the climax of the film, and just like the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailers, they could have just shortened that bit up. Because I think that moment was a bit too long.
2:18-2:25 Well now I've seen everything and dang I hope it's better than the Live-Action remake of The Little Mermaid, not because having an African American playing Ariel because I don't mind any race being the role of any Disney Princess. It's just that the whole movie itself doesn't feel the same as the animated film.
Now that I've got this out of my chest, I think I might need to eat some seafood and no I'm not thinking about sushi, I was meaning like fish & chips or something. But anyway, that was my reaction to the second trailer of Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken. Maybe I might check it out someday when it comes out, but for now, see you all later.
