TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you want a commission - message me here on furaffinity! For arranging the details I can give you my telegram for easier communication. I am not making my telegram public for personal reasons, but you can always ask!
If you are messaging me on FA I will kindly ask to you give a different subject than "COMMISSION" because later I have a few people's notes stacked under the same name which is confusing at some point :D Some descriptive words are fine, like "steampunk ship commission" or "rollerskating commission" or simply your name/nickname commission!

I WILL DRAW:
-Any species/gender
-Humans/humanoids/anthro/furry/animals/fantasy creatures
-Robots and vehicles - (additional fees apply)
-Multiple characters interacting with each other
-Static and dynamic scenes
-Blood, moderate violence, alcohol, cigarettes
-Artistic nudity (a fee applies)
-NSFW artworks featuring straightforward sexual themes (a fee applies)

I WILL NOT DRAW
-Extreme violence/rape
-Extreme obesity
-Pregnancy
-Hard drugs
-Gore

NSFW POLICY
For some time now I am drawing NSFW artworks. However, I do prefer to focus on SFW arts and to be associated with SFW arts. For that reason I do not upload NSFW artworks to my gallery. If you are interested in ordering an NSFW commission and wish to see my NSFW artwork examples, message me privately and I'll show :)
I do not upload nsfw artworks to my gallery, but I don't mind my clients uploading their commissions to their galleries.
I do ask for NSFW fees mainly because I have to change my workflow routine when I work on them. I often do sketching, linework and colouring in public places like cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, sometimes when I am away on trips or holidays - just to take my ipad along and work someplace else than at my home work station. I think I don't need to explain that I can't draw NSFW in public so i have to do that at home only 😅

BACKGROUND PRICING
As a quick word of explaination - it is always not that obvious what do I judge to be a complex or very complex in terms of drawing a background. You have to trust me, as I drew hundreds of illustrations so far I already have pretty accurate sense of how certain backgrounds are time-consuming. In gerenal - natural landscapes are easier for me and come very naturally. Urban and interior scenes require much more detail in order to look natural, so I am keen on charging more for that kind of scene. But - every illustration is a seperate story and should be judged separately!

For vehicles though, if the scene takes place inside of the vehicle then I treat the interior as the background. The fee applies if the vehicle is to be shown from outside, for example a character standing next to their car. Vehicles can take as much time as a character.

GENERAL RULES FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS AND YCHS
- I accept paypal payment only, prepaid. I give the customer my email address and the necessary details, I rather don't do invoices.
- I do my best to work fast - The commission should be done within a week, with the maximum waiting time of three weeks - unless I note the client that I am unavailable at a certain time and ask if it is okay to wait. I always try to give updates on my work status.
- YCHs are completed quicker in general
- I start drawing after getting paid
- In a regular commission I provide a few wips on which I work with the client and check if the drawing is turning out as desired - and that is when I can make adjustments and changes, I get really annoyed if the client changes his mind later in the process. I can do changes after the piece is finished, however if they are due to me being forgetful (i'm just a human as everybody else) and not for the client to change his mind "ooh could you maybe change his markings because i want them different now than on the ref sheet" Okay. But in such case I might do it for a fee.
- In YCHs I don't provide wips unless I am really unsure if the character is looking right - if I mess something up with the design, I obviously will repair it with no additional costs.
- For YCHs I do reserve the right to use my background for my personal projects. Just the backgrounds, I won't go on and alter the versions with furry characters that are drawn for the YCH winner. I often use those YCH backgrouds and draw human characters in them to practice my human-drawing skills (which are evaporating when I am focusing on furries). I do not use the backgrounds that are drawn for commissioned artworks as they are made specially for the client with their ideas - whereas YCHs are my inventions.
- In the YCH auctions I do reserve the right to end the auction before or after the initially estimated time of the auction. My comment ends the auction officially.

I am always trying to be a good person and do all that I can for the customer to be happy with my work ;) I got a lot of positive feedback about the experience of working with me and I really wish to keep this streak up!
