This is meant to be an updated version of https://www.furaffinity.net/view/30072499/, however, this one is more about highlighting specific design iterations rather than something more gradual.

Some of the early stuff is a bit "weird" so, please, bear with me if you read this.


1) Ziggy Prime- Despite being the first Ziggy, this, which I drew recently, is the first time I drew this one. Meant for a comic story, this Ziggy was an evil male knight turned into a female herm knight. Ziggy was so named because I thought it was a cute way to refer to someone named "Siegfried".

2) "Classic" Ziggy- The first drawn Ziggy and was made during an era I was more into drawing porn. Technically a herm as well, instead of a penis she had a tentacle monster, Trent, inside her. The picture used shows a bit more but I don't want to bump up the rating just for this.

3) First Ziggy Calypsa- This is the Ziggy that would most influence the design of others after her. Like C. Ziggy, this one had "Trent" inside her, although he was a slime tentacle monster, and Ziggy still had female anatomy. The lines on her scales and 'Calypsa' were inspired by Calypso from Twisted Metal, specifically TM2. This was also the start of her stint as a 'wish granter' and one of considerable magical abilities. This Ziggy was also originally human, lore wise, but became a reptilian woman because of Trent.

4) Fur-underside Ziggy- This was a design meant to take features of what was my then current iteration of Keiko, as I was consolidating a few of my designs. However...

5) Unfurred Ziggy- ... I did eventually remove the fur and reworked her design and proportions. This is also about when Trent was removed. However, whenever C.Ziggy is drawn, she still has Trent. It should also be noted that while the fur was removed, Ziggy would keep the green color.

6) Ziguramon- A Digimon version of Ziggy, this one was, lore wise, meant to be a digital recreation of a scientist's dead daughter, but quickly lost that form, and would find herself abandoned.

7) Final Base Ziggy- This would be the final Ziggy design for what was originally a single character (3, 4, and 5 is this Ziggy, with some redesigns)

8/9) Android Ziggy- A bit inspired by Nier Automata, I ended up making a couple designs that were denoted as androids.

10) Black Ziggy- The first Ziggy whos primary scale color wasn't blue, and may be the heaviest iteration, this Ziggy had light absorbing scales. She had some minor light manipulation abilities but this would affect her size and strength. Granted, she was merely a streamer and was, quirks aside, just a relatively normal woman.

11) Mouse Ziggy- Inspired by Gregory Horror Show, the light absorbing scales of the previous version became fur. She is the smallest Ziggy and the first to not be mostly reptilian in species.

12) Ziggy and Siggy- Zigura and Sigurd's existence would require a fair amount of story telling and it's not something I don't want to try to explain now. The short of it is that Ziggy is something of a blend of several species (but mostly mole/gator, with Siggy being a genderless creature that can change shape. They will call themselves siblings, but they are not. Siggy is "the rest of" Ziggy, as a companion to her. Again, complicated.
