basically after kurt blows up into a massive berry, they take him to the TV room and make him all tiny— now he's a little bowling-ball sized (and weighted) berry who has to be carried out with his crotch sitting in someone's hands
i originally drew the picture with a completely anonymous subject to make for a more versatile concept, but eeeehhh fuck it, I like Kurt~
