A self-declared professional witch that lives on Mount Vesuvius. Her personality can at best be described as ”academical greed”; Magica eagerly gathers new information and skills, no matter how esoteric or eclectic, just for the possibility of it being useful. Magica is also hotheaded, has a flair for the dramatic and likes trolling around. She’s a passionate sportsgirl; being good at football (including table football) and boxing.
Magica proudly uses her supernatural powers to sell daily services, usually party performances or mentorship. Her primary goal in life is to achieve the alchemical Magnum Opus and she believes some of the ingredients for that are the personal treasures other people hold most dear. Since magic is small in its effects and/or quite situational, Magica relies on creative and versatile cunning to wrangle what little magic she does possess into usefulness.

One inherent ability Magica have is to produce gas bombs from the palms of her hands, which drains most of her own calories. If she uses too much in a short time, she will be very fatigued.

Magica’s most powerful artefact is a ragged hoodie that transforms into whatever cloths she needs in her disguises. It can only change clothes, Magica needs to manually dye her own hair and apply her own makeup to make the disguise more convincing.

I like strong women and she is such a big part of the Duck universe, so of course Magica has a place in my Duck Avenger sci-fi fanfic. In order to make my the science fiction aspects in my setting relevant, I have to downplay magics utility to explain why it is falling behind technology. And giving magic limits is what truly makes fantastic abilities creative.
