Another Regional! This is a quite interesting one, to say the least. It is the Bivalve Pokémon, パルシェン Parshen, or as we in the West know the species as -- Cloyster!

~ At first I was considering giving Staryu or Starmie a go, but then I saw a video of a guy doing some Mario Kart race on an ice-themed track, in which the racers went underwater and drove past some clamps, and I immediately thought of Shellder and its evolution. So, if you know me, you know that I am a Tropenboy, babe! So I made a more tropical version of the Water/Ice type Monster from Gen 1, with some seaweed for added flair. The red in my opinion also looks very attracting. It contrasts very well with the blue that surrounds it. I also added some visual spice to the picture by adding in some sunlight, which I made to reflect off the Monster's shell. Finally, I did the same bubble effect as I did back when I made that Water type Ninetales picture a couple months ago.
