The third and final card for Wilds of Eldraine: Dutiful Griffin! I had wanted to paint this one traditionally as well but was unfortunately short on time, and this piece was by far the most detailed of the three.
Griffin though! I've always wanted to paint one for MtG, one of my favorite classical mythological beasts. I hope to be able to do another someday and then actually paint it traditionally!

I gotta say, this card has the most beautiful foil I've ever seen. The magic swirls, the shiny armor, the griff's eye, all just shimmer so wonderfully and the tasteful application keeps the entire card from getting all glared up so you can appreciate it in any lighting. I may not know how to fit this card in a deck, but both the foil and non-foil versions are the prize of my collection. :D
