Another Meloetta idea I had, and if you know Black Rock Shooter, you should immediately get this.
After i looked at shiny Meloetta, those green eyes reminded me of Dead Master.
Being based off of Dead Master, Sumi is a direct parallel to my other Meloetta, Roza (who is based off of Black Rock Shooter)

Sumi here is a little bit crazy... ok very crazy.
Sadistic, needs sleep, possibly isn't fully in control of her own actions.
I actually took the look from Dead Master's Dawnfall look- despite not liking it as much as her regular designs, it fits my setting a lot more with the whole Necrozma stuff going on.
Just need to give her a weapon...
Also her anatomy is meant to be quite... odd, creepy, almost stick like- like she's already on the threads of living and dying. Just don't rip that prismatic heart out... then she'll die for real.
I might change her last name too- Took it from Dead Master's real name so its a bit borderline copying...

Oh she looks like she commits Warcrimes. Not like she purposely using the Genova conventions as a "to-do list" or anything, just that her daily work involves a lotta 'em.
Anyways, I'd give her some kinda morning star/flail type weapon, or maybe some kinda nunchuck-y double sided chain weapon.
She looks like she doesn't care if her body is supposed to bend that way, so a weapon to take full advantage of her flailing and unexpected sudden movements would be fun.
(Plus, on that same note, she looks like she wouldn't care too much about accidentally hurting herself, so a weapon that can do that too would be fun)

I might think about two weapons now.. cos I do like the idea of a Morning Star, its a weapon I dont see often. I'm giving her a 'Bident' too, uh... a trident that only has 2 spikes? yeah xD I'll see what i can do, thanks for the suggestion!
