Bio:
-his animatronic remains were gathered from the scrap parts room in the mega pizzaplex
-was revived with some of Pampaku’s gel, making him part diapercritter
-was given a pamp hook to replace his missing right hand, which is attached to a chain for medium range attacks
-anyone hit by the hook will make them load their diaper massively until they are a massive doughy diaper blob
-able to bwoomp up his poofy critter body to make himself bigger including his pamp hook
-mark found on left arm
-enjoys the life of a poofy pirate with his Ragtag family, especially Roxy

Story:
One day as Roxy was having some plump poofy diaper fun by herself, she heard Ethan and Pampaku discussing something so she decided to listen in. They spoke about a sighting of a potential lost Ragtag in Turtlereef’s harbor, as reports came in about a mysterious new pirate on the block who looks nothing like any Pokémon and is described as a diapercritter Fox. Finding the description familiar, Roxy approached her Ragtag bros and asked if she can check out the reports herself, saying she might know who this Ragtag is, to which Ethan and Pampaku gave her the go ahead. Once Roxy made it to the harbor, she was amazed at the multitude of ships docked there, either restocking supplies, getting ready to leave or coming home. She then came across a tavern where she suspected most pirates would come to congregate. Just as she was about to enter though, she herd the unmistakable loud blorts and braps of the patron loading their diapers massively. When she went in, she giggled as everyone loaded their diapers until they were massive doughy diaper blobs, except for one. He sat there at the bar stool, enjoying a hearty meal as he was satisfied about the mass diaper loading he caused, and thats when Roxy saw the mark on his arm and realized the pirate in front of her was the lost ragtag. Reddish fur, and eye patch, a hook replacing a hand he lost, she recognized who he was from when she was at the pizzaplex before her capture, it was Foxy. So she sat next to him while she ordered a meal for herself, striking up a conversation with Foxy as she did so. As soon as Foxy saw who he was talking to, he immediately recognized Roxy as they escaped the lab together, which Roxy replied with a beeg poofy hug. After catching up on what they’ve been up to since they escaped, Roxy learned about Foxy’s rise to becoming one of the well known pirates around, going on his own adventures on his own. Roxy then told him about how the other lab escapees had formed a family and were living together, the Ragtag Rogues. Foxy was intrigued and relieved that there were other who made it out, so with Roxy’s description of the Ragtags as a whole, Foxy made the move to join them, wanting to set up a small dock of his own for his personal ship which Roxy was excited about, as the two finished up their meals before helping Foxy pack his stuff and load it onto his ship, ready to sail to the Ragtag house and meet the family with a grand entrance.
