A magician in full swing, Monte Carlo is sure to show you a trick or two, especially with his iconic hat and wand! You can find him performing at any of the top of the line hotel and casino showrooms at the Neon Valley! A huge glow-up from the last time I drew him which was all the way back in early 2019 when I was still doing the "Vegas World OC Guidebook". The Monte Carlo Resort & Casino in real life (Before it became Park MGM) was well known for having Lance Burton, who was one of the most iconic magicians in Las Vegas at the time, as well as the casino's Monaco-themed architecture and design. Thus, he was the inspiration for part of this character's personality and career! The top hat and wand are reminiscent of the Monte Carlo's original logo which featured the same details before it became simplified. Anthrofied, of course, and even little markings on the chest, belly, and legs! All that is topped with a black and gold cane fitting with his stereotypical magician attire.
