Pokemon attacking or causing trouble for others is nothing new for the people in the world. However, when the attacks happen on a full moon without fail, then they will attract attention. Every month, the same pokemon would make its way out of the forest, harass the citizens of the nearby town, and vanish back as the night ended. No one got seriously hurt, but it was annoying for the people, and they were scared the attacks would escalate further. Unfortunately, no one seemed to be able to identify what pokemon it was, and it’s tracks always seemed to lead to nothing when tracked. This enigma also caught the attention of Farley, who arrived at the town by the next full moon to help. He didn’t have to wait long into the night for the creature to appear, and they soon engaged each other. Even he couldn’t fully identify what it was, similar to a Zoroark, but nothing like he’s ever seen. Soon dawn approached, and the pokemon fled back into the forest, but not before Farley managed to stick a tracking device on them. He let them go, following the signal after the sun rose to follow them to their hideout. After a bit of walking, he eventually came across a shrine, old and abandoned. At least, seemingly abandoned, until a shiny zoroark came out of the building, surprised that there was someone else at the shrine. They spoke, her introducing herself as Kotomi and revealing that she had been here alone for years now, and he was the first visitor in that time. Farley then explained he was there to track a pokemon causing problems that fled to that location. She claimed to have not seen anyone come by, however Farley noticed his tracker was stuck to her body in the same place as the pokemon he faced. When confrunted with this information, she eventually broke down, revealing that she was possessed by an ancient spirit that took control of her body during the full moon to cause trouble, which was why she isolated herself away from others in the shrine, even using her illusion abilities to hide the place from those who came looking for her. Seeing her plight, he offered his assistance, and soon they were preforming a ritual to allow Kotomi and the spirit to communicate with each other, along with Farley. The spirit called itself Mirage, and soon the three of them came to an agreement where Kotomi let Mirage have control more than during the full moon, and Mirage wouldn’t cause as much trouble for others. Each satisfied, they were thankful for Farley’s help, but Kotomi was afraid that they wouldn’t have anywhere to go after what Mirage did, to which Farley offered them a place with him and his friends, something they both accepted.
Kotomi Height: 5’8
Personality: Somewhat meek and keeps to herself often due to trying to keep Mirage from harming others. She is willing to do whatever people ask of her.
Mirage Height: 5’10
Personality: Very confident and sure of herself, and loves creating chaos and mischief wherever she goes. She has however toned it down after coming to an agreement with Kotomi.
