Description:
Miguel Delta Cruz had little known history prior to joining the MALAKAS Project, let alone being a carpenter and architect. But out of his construction works, he had dedicated a lot to an openly gay community in San Diego, California, most especially in preparation of an annual Pride Month, as he would easily be recognized through his rainbow-colored metallic Delta pendant on a However, one Pride Month would sometimes not pay off without cases of indecently, so he would try much as best as he could to maintain family-friendly and tolerant vibes and to prevent obviously off-putting tastes. Naturally, extreme members of the said community and their risque ideas would clash with Miguel's preventive approach on a near-daily basis, though one conflict had taken to a literal level in June 2022, when a group of bad actors showed in some elementary school (that Miguel renovated and added with gay-tolerant decorations), displaying indecent clothing to students, infuriating both parents and teachers alike, including Miguel who was present at the time.

Even though police were quick to dispatch and arrest those insincere members, it wasn't done without a fight and it left a dozen of officers injured, since the offenders were stronger. This prompted Miguel to look for a way to prevent another incident in the future, especially involving children. Thankfully, he had contact with past clients, and one of them happened to be the guy also named Miguel, legally named Miguel Picoblancos the white wolf from Arizona. It turned out that Picoblancos once requested a cactus-themed village built as a part of a local fiesta, and had recently heard the very incident during the Pride Month. The white wolf suggested the bulldog to join the MALAKAS Project in Santo Tomas, the city miles north of San Diego, where the latter could get benefits, such as big sums of money and permanent muscular appearance and strength, and being the instructor for the rest of 2022, Picoblancos would be glad to personally train Cruz. The bulldog despite his hesitance agreed to Picoblancos' suggestion and departed to Santo Tomas 1 week later.

After arrival in the nearby mountain base, he would spend few months until he ended up as a Super Soldier with a temporary Juggernaut ability, all in the same casual fashion. Though, he assisted in a dozen of construction works and managed to have his own built, which was a good-sized convention center erected near the predominantly gay bunker sector of the entire mountain base, encouraging more openness between gays and promoting self-restraint in terms of spreading the message. Even though more religious or less tolerant recruits were upset to see or even hear such establishment, they nevertheless relented over compatible conditions in a specific bunker sector, provided that neither of two parties would dare attack each other's beliefs or views. Extreme actors of both parties would of course resort to action, if not immediately, but given the few severe riots that happened in the mountain base for the past two years, whether one was for religious preservation or persecution, the former were forced to stop carrying out such riots again, mostly out of fear of harsh punishment from the project's higher-ups. Such was the deterrence that satisfied Miguel Delta Cruz.

Besides his construction contributions, he began arming himself with two aluminum set-squares (commonly nicknamed "triangles"), which befitted the very Greek letter of Delta and could serve either as hand blades or throwing stars. Additionally, he had also weaponized his own Spirit Level for blunt attacks or self-defense (originally used to indicate horizontal or vertical level on surfaces).

As his intensive training had concluded, Miguel Delta Cruz prepared for upcoming departure back to San Diego. While Picoblancos was slightly dismayed with the bulldog's decision, given the potential in Cruz to become another instructor for the MALAKAS Project, he nevertheless accepted it as Cruz had more pressing matters to attend to, mostly regarding the increasingly unstable environment in the gay community in San Diego, possibly done by bad actors within.
