Remember the OSP? It stands for "Open Slave Program". Silver was installed with it during the first interaction with Reboot. Here Reboot makes sure to test if the update was installed properly. On the left we see Chess the Zebra, Silver's roommate, who knows quite well both of them and is aware of whatever hypnosis Silver and even him find themselves into. He's not amused being interrupted by the digital imp this way, but it isn't surprising at all from him to do such a thing~
