Sa'Ara prepping for work on hir first day as the new (and only) employee at Ella and Ivy's tailrong shop where shi will be making custom foot, paw, or hoof wear to go with the customer's made to order outfit.

Shi was originally part of the stellar foxtaur colony project but never really felt like shi fit in with the other desert breed foxtaurs so shi kept to the village where shi helped with the odd jobs before finding hir calling. While the deseert breed typically don't wear much clothing aside from their "coolie" hats they do occasionally still need some protective gear for certain jobs and Sa'Ara gained an interest in working with leather to make belts, satchels and protective gear. Since shi could not learn more on the colony shi saved up just enough to buy out hir contract and head for Chakona as soon as shi could for some reschooling to learn a new trade. Shi took a particular liking to making and designing footwear after taking a few classes on clothing design and put all hir passion into that

Once shi graduated shi wasn't sure where to find a job with hir new skills, with most shoes being factory made or imported on a planet where humans are a minority and morphs and taurs often do not even wear shoes there wasn't exactly a high demand for expensive tailor made shoes and the few places that did offer that service already had enough skilled workers. So when shi heard of a new tailoring shop opening up in a nearby town shi packed hir bags and walked right in despite them not even hiring anyone. Sa'Ara's enthousiasm and determination did win over hir employers to hire hir and they havn't regretted it since, or for the most part at least, as sometimes it feels as if the little fennec taur has taken over the business. Always the first to come in in the morning and the last to leave and lock up, and if Ella and Ivy aren't fast enough shi will also be the first to greet any customers, eager to meet new people. Though hir energy might intimidate some first time customers the quality of hir work makes them come back regularly for a new pair of shoes or repairs.
