It was the last nice day of summer and it was a weekend, the forecast was for cold and rainy weather for days after this one so Duncan and his friends got together around a nearby swimming hole, Duncan's favorite because it had a rope swing to fling off of into the water. He ran to the pond wanting to be the first one in, he grabbed on the rope swing while running and yelled the famous last words "Hey guys" followed by "watch this!". As he swung himself over the pond, happy that it would be the greatest way to enter the warm water he flung himself off of the rope only to see a snorkeling Hake Feretto surface right in his path showing Shiro a coin he had just found on the pond bottom.

Unable to change course he just made as much noise as he could which alerted Shiro, who, thinking fast summoned two gigantic gloves to ensconce his buddy and act as airbags. Duncan caromed off the protective gloves and hit the water without preparation, without momentum and with his neck float still inflated. The result was not so much a big splash as he intended but a mere splish.

Well the crowd around the pond that saw all this thought it had to have been planned and were amazed by the spectacle, they applauded the dive and asked him to do it again for those that missed it. Duncan apologized and explained that he could only do that once.
