There's a few errors in wording.
"Kir, the Living Guraveyard's Power is equal to the number of creature cards in all graveyards, and it's toughness is equal to the number of creature cards in all graveyards plus one."
"At the beginning of your upkeep, return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield, that creature gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step."
"Spells and abilities your opponent's control can't cause you to exile cards from your graveyard."

The wording differences are because:
There aren't creatures in graveyards, but creature cards. The second effect's wording gives Kir haste when it's effect triggers at the beginning of your upkeep.
and the effect requiring you to control the creature isn't needed to include that wording because the effect will only happen if you control Kir anyways.

How's that?

Well, the wording is fairly accurate to how a magic card would phrase things. Occasionally they've changed how an effect gets worded so it could be written slightly differently, but it's effects now should work the way that you intended them to work.
